4TelecomHelp presents managed service solutions in Las Vegas

 

4TelecomHelp’s Chad Parnis and Jill Plouffe were in Las Vegas to meet clients and present their newest products and services. This year’s 4TelecomHelp highlight was 4TelecomHelp’s managed service solution using software and 4TelecomHelp’s expert analysts.

 

These services include rate optimization, GL coding and sourcing the cellular bill to the clients requested level of detail, while looking to generate significant savings for the client’s wireless/cellular expenditures.

 

Some of the particular’s included, carrier follow-thru with rate plans and customer support, reducing outages, procurement and ordering devices.  Chad Parnis reported “It’s amazing how many issues are on bills and how a correct managed TEM solution can help resolve them.”

 

4TelecomHelp has hosted webinars with companies and contacts from the event, regarding better ways to manage their wireless/cellular applications.
